These terms apply to the services provided by Car Wreckers Rotorua.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the vehicle details you provide. A quote is confirmed once we have accurate information about the vehicle's make, model, year and condition. The agreed price is honoured on collection provided the vehicle matches the description given.
Collection & Payment
Collection is free within our Rotorua and Bay of Plenty service area. Payment is made by cash or bank transfer on collection, before the vehicle is loaded.
Ownership & Paperwork
You confirm you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorised to sell it) and that it is free of finance. We complete the NZTA notice of disposal on collection.
Liability
We take reasonable care in all collections. Please remove all personal belongings before pickup; we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle once collected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
